Wanting to take a new streamlined approach to their performance assessment process, one Catalytic customer created a solution which would send over 18,000 web forms to assessors across the firm to provide year-end feedback on employee performance.
Coordinating employee surveys was previously a tedious task due to data variance, lack of standardization and manual reminders and response aggregation.
The customer built a Catalytic workflow to remove the burden of both manual validation of employee records as well as the resolution of "invalid" data from the global HR team. Instead, 90% of records were automatically validated and the 10% remaining were routed to the local HR representative for resolution. All fixes were aggregated back into the master data for migration.
Survey response rates were 20% better than in previous years. The native response tracking allowed for simplified follow ups.
