That’s why we offer an additional resource of information as a complement to your committed Catalytic support team: the Catalytic Community.
Community is the central hub for Catalytic users, enabling collaboration between automation leaders from other companies, industries and departments, to ensure your company is getting the most from your Catalytic experience.
You can ask and answer questions, make comments, follow threads, and receive key updates to topics of interest to ensure you’re taking advantage of our platform’s full functionality.
How to join the Catalytic Community
To access the Catalytic Community, begin by signing in and navigating to your Catalytic team. Your Community username will be the same as your Catalytic team name.
- Select your photo or profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Community from the menu
If you cannot access Community
You must be a member of a team to access Community. If you try to access it directly at https://community.pushbot.com/ and are not logged into a Catalytic team in your browser, you’ll be redirected to a help article.
Try logging back into your Catalytic team, then accessing Community from your user menu.
How to bookmark and follow a thread in Community
You can bookmark or follow threads or categories and receive notifications whenever they’re updated. For example, if another user asks a question you’re interested in, follow that thread to get notified of any updates.
- To follow a category: Click the gear icon on a category, then select “Follow”.
- To follow an individual thread: Select the star icon.
You can customize your Community experience by changing individual notification preferences from your profile. From there, you can adjust how Community alerts you and which alerts you’ll receive.

- Select your profile icon in the top right.
- Select Edit Profile
- On the next page, select Notification Preferences on the right-hand side.
